Something stop working in assembly

I have been working for a long time with the rotation tools, but either I suddenly am messing it up, or something stops working because I cannot make a simple hinge work. Please, can some good samaritan take a look at this and tell me what is wrong? If I click on the animate icon, the function works as expected, but if I want to manually rotate, it acts as if it is fixed.
Thank you

Rotates nicely on my end, maybe just refresh your browser or clear cache. Might just be a graphic glitch.
Are you trying to manually rotate the fixed part by mistake? If your rotating the mobile part then the triad needs to be relocated to the hinge point.
Thank you both of you. I don't think is mandatory to set the triad to the rotation point. I have rotated always with the triad anywhere in the mobile part.
My next try was to set the triad on the "base" of the moving part, and that worked fine, which made me think something was wrong on my side. A PC boot reset the tools to work as expected, confirming Davie's suspicion was on target.
Thanks a lot gents!!!
