I need 4 holes in my model
I made a model that is hollow. It should have 4 holes in it. 3mm in size and 15 mm dept. This should be surrounded with some material. I have this in my model when you look on the inside. But I can't make it that it is open in the outer shell. After I use Circular Pattern it closes the outside. What do I miss?

you mean like this?
I opened your link, but you've already proceeded and the tab was gone or in a different state.
Best to make a version to share next time, so you can continue trying after asking the question.
For symmetric parts, i always advise to draw only the smallest common denominator as fully as possible before mirror/patterning.
so if you want to add a fillet/draft or whatever, you'll only have to do it once. this also makes the model a lot lighter and faster to work with.
in Shell, whatever faces you select will be opened up. not sure if you understood that yet, but you can check out the shell in this example part:
I'm not sure what face you wanted to be open. not sure how you want to manufacture this part, but if you're going to 3d print it (FDM), the slicer will make it hollow, better not to do that in CAD.
