By default it uses the Item number from the BOM, which is what yours appears to be doing (the "Item" column, rather than your custom "Item Number" column).
Is there a feature that can generate all "Item No" markers at once instead of selecting one by one.
Yes. In your BOM right click the item number column and select 'Generate missing item numbers'
Still not solving my problem, all the ball markers are generated automatically, just like CREO.
