API access to massproperties of a face

Hello,
I'm trying to get the massproperties of a face over the API i.e. basically the values you can see in the screenshot:
While getting the massproperties from a part or even a whole partstudio is working using either
https://cad.onshape.com/glassworks/explorer/#/Part/getMassProperties
or
https://cad.onshape.com/glassworks/explorer/#/PartStudio/getPartStudioMassProperties
I'm unclear how to get the 2D properties of a face as shown in the screenshot.
Any support is very welcomed!
