Point Pattern is not applying my counterbores to the correct depth

I am trying to quickly add a counterbore to a series of holes I have. The first one that I did manually had a depth of 3mm.
Point pattern seemed perfect when I stumbled onto it for this task. Instead of having to manually 1) redraw a bunch of circles where the holes are 2) dimension one of them and set the rest equal then 3) select all of the areas and 4) finally extrude them.
However, when I do this with point pattern, I find that the depths of the patterned features is 1.5mm, half of what I was expecting. It seems like the mate connector that I've done the patterns to is set as the middle of where the feature is being applied or something. I see that when I click on the mate connector I can adjust the positioning, but this would be even more tedious than doing it the original way of just making a sketch with a bunch of circles.
I've attached a picture and would really appreciate any help on how to easily counterbore a bunch of holes quickly. Thanks!

Hey @maxwell_smart,
I would recommend using the hole feature for your counterbore holes instead of extrudes. You have probably used two extrudes for the hole so you would need to pattern both features. Alternatively you could use a face pattern, that should work as well.
If you could share a link to your public document that would make troubleshooting easier. Cheers
I will try hole feature thanks, I've just been doing it with two separate extrudes for the longest time. :/
here's the document

Hey @maxwell_smart,
You can see an example of the point pattern here: https://cad.onshape.com/documents/e4340236b7160fafa5608545/w/5f838b5e0e65f585d14cc996/e/bc94a588d1701fc54fc9ebd0
If you do it with separate extrudes you will need to select both features as input for the pattern. Also the extrude operation for the hole needs to be separate from the creation of the main body, currently you do it in one operation.
Hope this helps. Cheers
