How to correctly configure the Name property of a part

I have a bunch of parts defined in a part studio that I want to name according to the current configuration that is selected, e.g. "Shelf Panel - 1" when configuration 1 is selected. I've created Property configurations for all my parts, but not all of them are showing the configured name when I change the configuration. What gives?? Here's a link to my document.

Why am I doing this? I have some parts with holes and some with pins that will be 3d printed; I want to have options for the diameter of the pins so you can select the version that fits best depending on your printer, the orientation of the parts when you print them, and the filament you use. In order to make it easier to organize the exported STL files I want to set the names of each part according to the configuration so I don't have to rename them all by hand.

Thanks,
--Curtis

I think your issue might be that the name only applies to a single permutation of inputs. In other words you would need 60 rows in your configured properties to cover all the possibilities.
If you don't need the other configuration inputs to affect the name you could mark them as "exclude from properties".

A better way to solve this would be to use something like the "property explorer" FS and configure some variables to build your part name from separate text strings.
