Fillet complex shape

Hi gents, I have to reproduce the part in the picture, I did an extrusion of a spline, but when I want to "round" the edges nothing I tried work. Can somone experienced give me a clue on how to deal with this, please?

Your first sketch was pretty poorly defined. Tighten it up with some tangent constraints and it fillets just fine.
