Difficulties using guides with the loft

Hello, I'm trying to make a "trumpet like" geometry
however I'm having diffulties making work the loft function
I'm using parametric curves for trajectory and guides and the showed sections seem to make a valid geometry but it doesn't work
any ideas ?

The only change I made was re-creating your Sketch 2, using the Pierce constraint with the circle.
