Properties on configurations

I’m new to Onshape and am giving myself exercises to learn how to use it. I’ve encountered a problem. I’ve created a part in a Part Studio with multiple configurations. I want to assign a different name and an individual article number to each configuration (for inventory purposes). Not a part number—a part number is automatically generated when creating the 2D drawing. I’d like to know if it’s possible for the properties of a part in a Part Studio to have multiple individual properties, and if so, how to do this?
In the examples, you can see how the article number does not change, even though the configuration does.

You need to do that via the configuration panel. Open the panel, and you will see configuration properties at the top.
See help docs here! You can configure any of the part properties from the panel as Wayne noted. This table can grow quite large, so note that you can copy and paste data in from Excel / Google Sheets if that helps!
