Issue with using the loft tool to cover some squares

I do not exactly know how to use forums, so apologies if I am using it wrong. However I do have an issue with making a shell for my model, it looks alright(-ish) and does have some clipping, I have some ideas on how to solve it. However…
I have no idea how to finish the top of the model.

I have only tried using the loft feature both as the same or separate procedure as well as using resolve and transform which provides a solution but not a smooth one I like.
I am also curious if it is possible to create a loft shape out of intersecting sketches like what is bellow
I wont mind any extra pointers. I find Onshape amazing yet there is still much for me to learn.

Glad you're enjoying Onshape! It is an amazing tool, especially once you start taking advantage of the advanced surfacing capabilities. Four tips:
- Try out the surfacing courses in the Learning Center, such as https://learn.onshape.com/courses/introduction-to-surfacing
- Try the continuity options with the Fill tool for making caps.
- If your part has any symmetry, model half or quarter of the part, then mirror.
- If you want others to be able to look at your document, make it public.

Apologies for not making it public I thought I did hopefully this hyperlink would work.
I am grateful for the response as it does help me with another one of my odd works. However, I am having trouble fixing the top of the model even with the Fill tool. I could also have some recommendations on how to clean up and organise the feature tab. I do apologise if this is quite the bother for you.
