Where to start?

Hey guys. Long time listener first time caller. I am new to Onshape and 3d modeling. I was hoping someone would please point me in the right direction on how to get this project started. I have a an angle that broke that is on the interior dashboard of a van. I took the bracket that holds the angle off including the angle opposite that is still good. It turns out the angle was 3d printed. Can I recreate the part in Onshape and export it for 3d printing? I have a 3d printer. Where to start? I have attached a pic of the good angle. Thank you so much!
