3DConnexion Issues

Has anyone else had issues with the latest driver update?

I use a Space Mouse Enterprise. Whenever I activate a tool in an assembly, the connection drops, and I have to exit the tool and restart the server to get it working again. I have seen a few issues in the parts studio, but they are not as bad. The issue started with the latest driver update; all drivers and OS (on a Mac) are updated to the latest. I'm trying to figure out if it is something on my machine or a bug. Reached out to support but have not heard back (their support is not in the same league as onshape).

FWIW, these are the versions I'm on, and they've been relatively stable. I'm on Apple Silicon on the latest Safari or Chrome on the latest MacOS. I occasionally have to re-open a browser window, and once in a while need to restart the 3DxNLServer process.

Hi, did you ever resolve this? I am have issues with my 3D mouse too.

@S1mon how do I install older drivers and software? (Assuming that fixes it)

I don't know if there's an easy way to downgrade drivers. For a while some links to older versions were available on the 3DConnexion forums, but I haven't looked in a while. In general, I would not upgrade their drivers if they are working for you.
