Transition fillet from cylinder to prism

Hi All,
I've looked and read lots on this but I still can't find a solution. Maybe I'm not looking in the right places.
I have a cylinder that uses a loft to transition to a rectangular prism. No problems there.
I am trying to add fillets to the edges created along the edges from the cylinder to the prism. I have tried using the fillet feature as well as the face-round feature but they both don't work.
Here is the model: https://cad.onshape.com/documents/b23c1815a262372947c845e3/w/a47c0ef9754d02f2688ac244/e/b8fe7e00e7518370fb8a6360?renderMode=0&uiState=67bf7e04ec61cc2fbdf4a264
Thanks for all your help and suggestions. Always learning.
Regards,

Hey Clive. Don't see any place/room for a fillet in the location you have arrows pointing to. Looks good the way it is. - Scotty
anytime you have fillets that transition from convex to concave, its going to be problematic. I'd suggest changing the loft ends tangency instead of a fillet
