How can i wrap a flex around it self in a spiral form ?

Hi everyone,
I'm new to Onshape and need some help.
I want to wrap a flexible PCB around itself in a spiral shape. It’s important that it starts as a flat, rectangular shape so I can add the necessary tracks. Only after adding the tracks do I want to fold it into a spiral to fit inside a tube.
Any ideas on how to approach the problem? Thank you.
Something like this:
