To do this you will need to take measurements of the bottle then model it in an Onshape part studio. Or you could use an iPhone to scan it, but that currently doesn't work very well due to scanner resolution.
After you model the bottle you will be able to use it as a reference to create the case.
Features you will most likely need are:
- sketch
- variable
- extrude
- revolve
- fillet
- boolean
