Hi,
Some of my 40 students (age 14) were not able to create an account last fall. I am not sure why. Can you possibly see if they did something wrong? For example fransis.neby@elevmail.stockholm.se

Most of my students succeeded, for example olivia.noori@elevmail.stockholm.se and alfred.arnberg@elevmail.stockholm.se

Hi Per,
Most likely, these students just didn't open the Onshape account activation email. Rather than share their emails here, I'd suggest opening a support ticket from the help option in Onshape.
