Is there a tool to create connections on frames?

I'm looking to redesign a PVC frame I have in my backyard and and was going to use the frames tools to design it and get a parts list. It'd be cool if it had a similar functionality as the forms tool for sheet metal where you could pull in connectors or change out connectors at the intersections of frames.

Here is an IR referring to your wish list. I thought this would get more interest. Perhaps you can add some notes to make this more understandable and generate some interest. I see no reason why this couldn't be used on any part/parts.
