Rack and pinion when the rack is circular

Hello, I would like to create a rack and pinion mate, but I can't because the rack is not linear but circular. Thank you for your help !

@chauvel_henri …do you absolutely have to use a Rack & Pinion relationship? A Gear relationship essentially produces the same effect!
