Custom table in drawing resizes whenever I update the model

I created a custom table using FeatureScript and have inserted it into a drawing. I needed to resize it slightly in the drawing to get it to fit on the page nicely. But then when I make a change to the model and need to update the drawing the table reverts to its original size. Is there a way to prevent the table from resizing?
This might not seem like a significant issue, but I'm updating the inputs to these drawings repeatedly. I'm using this workspace as a template to generate drawings for a series of designs and in the development stage I'm refining the design and updating the drawings quite frequently.
