Your approach will vary a lot based on your specific needs:
Do you need to model the wire
Is just the general idea of "walls with tons of squares punched out" enough?
If you go through the onshape tutorial "Onshape fundamentals" you should be able to make a simple version of this: https://learn.onshape.com/learning-paths/onshape-fundamentals
Need to know how you are going to build it — what kind of tools and materials are available to you? — and what level of resources are you willing to dedicate to the task?
The specific product in the picture you attached is in the '$500k..$1M to build a semi-automated production line, then $0.35 each' category.
