Your approach will vary a lot based on your specific needs:
- How accurately you want to represent it.
Do you need to model the wire
Is just the general idea of "walls with tons of squares punched out" enough? - Is it being modeled for output/printing?

Need to know how you are going to build it — what kind of tools and materials are available to you? — and what level of resources are you willing to dedicate to the task?
- Will you be wrapping support wire and welded mesh around a form, and brazing or spot-welding?
- Do you have access to a spot welder?
- 3D printing it (will be very weak, unless e.g. you print the sides flat then join them)?
- Using individual wires (would take forever)?
- Thin plywood and a laser cutter?
The specific product in the picture you attached is in the '$500k..$1M to build a semi-automated production line, then $0.35 each' category.
