Two parts not same dimensions at split point. Why?

raymond_collins687raymond_collins687 Member Posts: 3

I am attempting to 3d print this part. I needed to split it due to printer restrictions. When I printed the two parts the connecting surfaces were of different diameters and did not fit together as i was expecting. I am not sure why. Is there a setting or a "gotcha" that is drinving the two parts not to "marry up". Any help would be appreciated.

This is likely something that went wrong in/during slicing. (accidentally scaling, or something)

I cannot imagine how this could be an onshape issue.
