Modeling Volume with Cross Sections

I'm curious if it's possible to model a 3D shape that uses (ideally) two equations such as sqrt(x) and just the x axis (or x^2), and extrudes upwards (let's say) a square where the base of the square is between the equations. Hopefully that makes sense, but if not, here's a video that explains it much better:
I was able to do it on solidworks using a sweep and with a guide curve but it doesn't look like that option is available in OnShape. I tried using a loft but could not get the exact correct shape.
I was able to make an equation driven curve thanks to a feature script that folks made, but that is as far as I got.
