How do you toggle between drawing sheets on an android phone?

I see a tiny icon in the middle of the left side of the screen, but I can't get it to open by tapping it. I'm unable to navigate to any of the other drawing sheets. I see a reference from 2018 saying to use the up and down arrows, but that isn't an option on the phone.
