No snapping or measures on circles from DXF/vector?

I've used vector software to draw the base of some precise shapes - however when I want to extrude/add/modify etc on this, it turns out circles from DXF aren't really circles in onshape? I cannot snap to the center of them, and I cannot check the measures, it will only show the length - the circle selected is Ø5mm, so it seems onshape interprets it as a curved line, showing the circumference instead. Can this be easily "converted" to a real circle?

You can fix this at the sketch level, or you could extrude a cylindrical surface and do a replace face.
I would ask a bigger question of why you're sketching in another tool? I get it if this is something that is imported from another source, but if you're the one creating things in the first place, it would be much better to do everything natively in Onshape.
