Exploded views should not be part of the revision management.

I need the ability to make a drawing of an already released file with a new exploded assembly view. I do not want to update the revision of the part when I want to add multiple views to the already existing part.
For example, I have an assembly that is at Rev 1.4. I'm using this assembly in multiple larger assemblies. All assemblies are released and sent to the supplier. Now I want to add a an exploded view drawing to the Rev 1.4 assembly. When I try to release this drawing, Onshape tries to increment the assembly to Rev 1.5, when I click revert to last —as there are no changes to the assembly— My exploded view breaks as it was not originally in the Rev 1.4
Please tell me there is a better way to do this, I do not want to update the revision just for adding an exploded view. It would mess up the full revision history on all the following assemblies. Thank you.
