How can I quickly produce a 90 deg cruved part

Folks,
This is shared with OnShape support as well as here is the link https://cad.onshape.com/documents/9b7f1e3c4d4771aad1936caa/w/045a8fc2153e7f77804fb1d7/e/148c7bfb2415fe1ed7334206?renderMode=0&uiState=684a13214810d10f8231970a
If you go to the V08 Wire Cvr Copy 1 you can see that I've simply cut and move the pieces 90 degree to each other as I need this to have a curve as well. These are simple wire covers I use in odd places.
For the life of me I don't get how to Loft the faces or something that will quickly create the curved part if this is possible.
Any thoughts or suggestions are welcome. TY

If you remove these trenches it will work with a revolve command
