Revision Table/Release Mgmt behavior

I'm at my wit's end trying to solve a problem with release of a drawing (first time using release management in OS). I'm unable to edit the Change Number property (CO in my company) in the drawing at any stage of the release process - before, during or after. I am the Owner/Admin of the account, so should have permissions to do so? Also, the rev description in the drawing properties does not display in the rev table.
What am I missing?
Any advice or redirection would be greatly appreciated! I'm pulling my hair out over this..

Just wanted to close this off by reporting that Support was able to solve this issue for me. Ended up being some issue with the Change Number property that wasn't letting me edit it. I deleted the standard property in my Rev Table and replaced it with a custom property. Problem solved.
"It appears you are attempting to use the standard property for Change Number, and I think that one has some certain under the cover workings for connection with other systems like Arena."

EDIT - solved the description issue - rev table was referencing Description, not Revision Description. Still don't know how to edit Change Number. 😣
