adding a bend to tubes

we laser cut tubes and we need to add notches in the tubes or if you imagine 2 peices of tube mitred i need to be able to add bends on so we can fold it round by hand can this be done in onshape ?

This kind of thing? I've got a workflow I'm not super happy with at the moment that I'm attempting to turn into a featurescript at some point to make this a lot less manual but haven't prioritized it recently.
