Any "easy" way to give soft edges to this shape?

As distances and tangents are not aligned, can't use tools as fillet to give soft edges
Any idea

Sure: Just draw a better sketch. Use circles/arcs where appropriate, e.g. for the wheels, use individual splines for the shape. Use fillets in the 'corners'. Do not try to do it all in one spline. It is the old SISO-rule that applies here. Based on a better sketch, you will also be able to use the CAD tools available to refine your design.

Thank you Martin
Maybe a bit convoluted, but I would export the sketch, convert it to an image, apply a blur filter to smooth the edges, convert it back and import as dxf.
