2 basic questions - Booleans and Export

New user and absolution loving OnShape. So much fun and easy to use. New to OnShape, but not new to 3D. Very familiar with Cinema4D and Blender.
On above object, which I will be 3d printing. I want to print the headband as separate object from each cups. I have 2 questions:
1 - The headband is used to cut a hole out of each ear cup. I would like to do that AND keep the headband available for download and print. Right now, I have 2 copies, one to create the boolean and one to export. Can I Boolean AND keep the headband objcet?
2 - The ear cups are angled as per the design, but I would like to eliminate those rotations on export so the part fits flat on the print bed. On export, can I eliminate any rotation? If I suppress the rotation the boolean won't be in the right place…..

Check the "keep tools" option in the boolean dialogue to keep the head band. Not sure if you are already doing this but I would recommend using the "offset" in the boolean to add a bit clearance for it to fit after printing…
As for the rotation, I would just orient the ear cup in the slicer… If you really want to change the orientation in Onshape, you can add a transform after the boolean to move it wherever you want.
