You can do this with a single sketch, revolve, and a few holes from the hole feature. From there, you can use the circular pattern feature to pattern the holes.
At the end, you could create a configuration table to control all of the different configurations. Or, depending on your application, you could just create configuration variables that drive all the different values.
I recommend taking the Learning Pathways if you intend on getting efficient at Onshape. It's the quickest way to learn.

It looks like you already drew it. If the hole tool doesn't get you that exact shape for the cam pin hole or cam pin lock screw hole, you can make the holes manually with a revolve, or a series of extrudes and chamfers.
