Half of flat pattern view after mirroring a sheet metal

marcin_michalskimarcin_michalski Member Posts: 2

Hi all, newbe here,

Just created a new sheet metal part, wanted to insert a flat pattern to drawing but unfortunately I can see only one half of a part instead of whole. What I did wrong or missed something?

Help will be appreciated.

Finish sheet metal means you're done with your part and no future updates will affect the flat pattern. You need to mirror before that. Frankly the only reason I would ever use Finish Sheet Metal is for weld drawings but I stopped doing those in favor of just adding the symbols to the drawing view
