Circular pattern causing not to make dimension in drawing

I noticed I could not make a dimension of a hole or arc in 2D

However when I moved before the circular pattern I could make a proper dimension of the arc.

I tried everthing found in the web and forum from making another sketch for the origin and using the face pattern.

I did the same sketch in Fusion 360 and could make the dimension in drawing after the circular pattern.

Is there something I missed out. Appreciate any help on this.
