Can't drag Documents to Folders since new update

Since the latest update, dragging and dropping Documents to subfolders no longer works. Documents in the currently open folder are shown in the bottom pane, subfolder in the top pane, and there seems to be no way to drag and drop between them.
I now have to right-click the Document and use 'Move to'
Is there a way around this?
