Custom BOM

I have a wood working project that uses strips of wood. The vendor sells this strip in lengths of 2500mm.
I want my BOM to do some math dynamically and output the quantity that vendor sells so I have a purchase list at the end.

For example : calculate quantity that vendor sells by taking part length in Y direction and multiply that by number of instances in the Assembly view and divide that by 2500mm.

What is the best way to do this with native OnShape features?

OpenBOM is free for a trial period only. But I would like to have a more permanent solution.
