COA complications

Hi.
I just recently started the COA for Onshape Tuesday evening, July 23rd. After completing the model based section of the test, it exited and then gave me the option to either start the knowledge based section immediately or wait. It gave me until 8 pm on Wednesday the 24th of July to complete the knowledge based section. I didn't have time to do the knowledge portion of the test and waited until the 24th to start and finish it. When I reopened my laptop, the page had me login and then took me back to where I could click start to begin the knowledge portion of the test. I had something I needed to take care of on before I could start, and navigated to a different tab in Chrome. Once I had finished, I navigated back to the tab with the COA for Onshape, but for some reason it had changed. The option to start was no longer there and was replaced by a page that has no links to resume the test but still states that I haven't finished the COA. I have tried clearing my cache and cookies from From the lst 24 hours, as well as using a Microsoft edge instead of Chrome. Nothing has worked and so far. I only want to take the the rest of the COA and finish it as I do not want to redo the modeling that I have already completed and pay for the test again when it hasn't even let me finish the one that is already paid for.

Hi Andrew,
Sorry to hear you have had issues with the certification exam. The certification exam should not have indicated that you are able to return at a later time. It does require an examinee to take the exam in one sitting; otherwise, it would time out. We will immediately look into what may have happened. In the meantime, our team will reach out to you via email to help you resume the exam.
Best,
Naomi
