Inserting a part studio, in an assembly, in another dodument.

Hello, i have a issue with the following:
I have a document where i have made an assembly, with part studio's from the dame document, BUT i ned to also insert a part studio from another document.
I use "other documents" in he function "Insert parts and assemblies", to get the part studio from the other document that i want BUT it is like this "imported" partstudio is not updated when i change it in the original part studio, for example i want to use transform to change size, but it does not change size in the assembly, in the other document.
Also, when i use "other documents" in he function "Insert parts and assemblies", it shows part studios that i have deleted to trascan long time ago.
It is like there i a sort of update issue with the "other documents" in he function "Insert parts and assemblies"…….what do i do wrong?

OK, i think i got it, it is about versions, when "importing" a part studio into a assembly in another document, one need to ensure that it is that latest VERSION one import.
Yes, only versions of parts or assemblies can be brought from one document to another. Not the "live" workspace.
