Latest release have several bugs (or am I missing something?)

For example:
If I run it for a while, it starts to slow down. The system check says that I don't have WebGL. Kill the tab and start it again and everything is fine.
I can't select the bottom of a hole as a sketch plane.
Sometimes, it won't let me extrude the area between 2 concentric circles.
What is going on?
