I have the Beam FeatureScript, but it does not include I-Beams. I can place C-Channels back-to-back; however, this doesn't give an accurate web thickness - etc. Is there another FS that is out there?

Have you tried the frame tools?
There are I beams in the featurescript just not U.S. designations like W8x20. You can add your own profile library under the custom tab.
