How to draw an ellips with a rectangular spacer

Hi everyone,I have a question.

I ordered and received a transparent tablecloth.
I assumed the shape was elliptical, but it turns out the cloth doesn't fit. After some research, I found the cause:
the table is indeed elliptical, but there's a straight intermediate piece that can be slid under the table.

So, this intermediate piece (57 cm long) isn't elliptical but straight.
After that, the table, which is 277 cm long (including the intermediate piece), is elliptical again.
I asked the supplier of the tablecloth how I can order a suitable cloth. They told me to send them a DXF file with vector data.
I tried to create this today using Onshape.

However, I can't seem to draw the straight 57 cm long intermediate piece within the 277 cm long elliptical table (120 cm width in the middle
at the rectangular intermediate piece). Then, after the intermediate piece, the table extends into an elliptical shape again
(so, 110 cm on both sides from the intermediate piece).Does anyone have any idea on how I could draw a partially elliptical table 277 cm long,
interrupted by a straight intermediate piece of 57 cm long (with a width of 120 cm), using Onshape?

Thanks in advance for any tips!
