problem with fill

the fill is protruding outside of the projected curves by just a little and is making it difficult to thicken does anyone know how to fix this or am I just stupid and I have to restart. thanks

I am not quite sure what you are trying to thicken and the fill is not protruding outside the curves trust me. The "mix" of colors you see that look like protruding isn't actually the surface protruding, the surface is the exact dimensions of the part and when that happens it looks like that. If you truly do not want that you can just scale the surfaces or the part so it doesn't happen. As for the other fills and errors I fixed them:
