Problems with Onshape

Hello,
Our team is encountering an issue with Onshape where assemblies won’t load, and one person appears multiple times in the same assembly. We have about seven people collaborating on different mechanisms, and this is making it nearly impossible to get any work done. This is our first year using Onshape, and we haven’t faced any problems until now.
Has anyone experienced something similar or have any suggestions for a possible fix?
For reference, it shows 12 people in a specific assembly when only one person has it open, and that same person is displayed multiple times.
