How to fix weird loft contours

luke_diep245luke_diep245 Member Posts: 7

I'm currently designing a fishing lure using lofts, which is causing some undesirable bulging at the nose. How could I fix this without changing the profile of the bait?

I have linked the document below. Thanks!

I tried a slightly different approach and used surface lofting and then enclose to convert to solid

    I hope this helps

Even though you think you want the nose at a point. It will result better if you have a little curve in your sketches at the points. This is zoomed way in. these magnitude lines on your spline are just .01 mm long with one set to vertical and the other coincident
