Fillet errors

I have done a filet successfully before on a corner, as shown in the first pic.

Now I want to do the exact same thing after I changed a few dimensions, and I am running into errors, and I cannot figure out why.

The name of what is selected seems different, but i am selecting the same line….

    are you trying to fillet a fillet?

    i may be wrong here, but that picture looks like you trying that
