Reset appearance of part not working (standard options, not rendering studio)

According AI you can click a face or part to remove appearances: 'Unassign appearance':

AI question: reset all appearances of a part in part studio

To reset appearances in a Part Studio, you have a couple of options:
1. Use the "Reset all" button in the Properties dialog, which will reset some properties you might not see, including appearances [1].
2. For individual parts, you can right-click on a part or face and select "Unassign appearance" to remove the current appearance [10]. If you want to restore the original Part Studio appearance, you can then use the "Link to Part Studio appearance" option [2].
When assigning appearances, if you accidentally apply them to the wrong part, you can quickly restore the original Part Studio appearance by right-clicking and selecting "Link to Part Studio appearance" [2].

Well, it does not show anywhere after right-clicking a face, parts or feature.

I tried selection parts, faces, features, but cannot get one 'reset' colour. Anybody please, what am I missing?

Typical AI hallucinations, would have hoped Onshape own advisor would at least understand the difference between part studios and render studios!

"Reset all" does not reset face appearances…

I'm not aware of a "reset" options, but you can remove individual appearances like this:

    Feedback to the support team:

I think your help files and AI are incorrect:

    AI questin: reset face appearences

There are a few ways to reset face appearances in Onshape:
    1. When applying a new appearance to a part with existing face appearances, you'll see a dialog with two options:
    - Press the "Clear face appearances" link to remove all face appearances and apply the new appearance to the entire part [6]
    - Press the "x" to dismiss the message, which will keep existing face appearances on specific faces while applying the new part appearance to other faces [6]

GB > Incorrect, there is no dialog with these options

    2. You can also reset face appearances by:
    - Right-clicking on a part or face and selecting "Unassign appearance" from the context menu [8]
    - Selecting one or more parts or faces in the Scene list, then right-clicking and selecting "Unassign appearance" [8]

GB > Incorrect, there is no Unassign option

    3. If you want to reset a part's properties entirely, you can use the "Reset all" button, which will reset properties including appearance [3].
When resetting appearances, keep in mind that if an appearance is assigned to a face and then another is assigned to the part containing that face, a notification will appear giving you the option to clear face appearances [7].

GB > This means the 'Reset all' is not resetting all, which is confusing.

When selection all faces, right-click to edit appearances, you can remove all faces one by one by clicking the [X], but when you remove the last face, you cannot accept the result as the tick box (or OK, or Enter) is greyed out. Pressing <Esc> will reverse (cancel) the operation and all faced remain with an appearance. Is this a bug??
