Adding metadata to custom profiles for the FRAME feature

I'm trying to produce a custom frame library for our company. I've managed to get most of the functionality to work, except the metadata displaying on the cut list. Here is what I have done so far:
- Created a folder for company profiles and got the sharing permissions sorted.
- Updated the folder so that it is now a company frame profile library.
- I've created a document with a number of tabs where each tab is a configured sketch of each of the profiles we use.
- I've included the TAG information for each configuration and set the tag purpose to frame
- I've versioned the document.
- I've updated the frame library.
But I still can't get the standard and description to populate in the Cut list. Please can I ask for some help understanding what I'm missing.

I've since found that I can get the metadata to up date if unset the frame library and reset it. The update frame library does not seem to update the library!
