I'm having trouble with my students using OnShape on their school-administered Surfaces (MS Edge browser). They can login, but viewing documents just hangs. When I look at at the console, I see this error:
Failed to load resource: net::ERR_CONNECTION_REFUwoolsthorpe.05f19cb40bae374a0fd5.js:2 document.domain mutation is ignored because the surrounding agent cluster is origin-keyed.

I've run into a wall with our IT department and I need some way to move forward. Has anyone dealt with this problem before?

I'd suggest doing the routine diagnostic things … does this work on other devices, can you hit kingsschools.onshape.com from a laptop or desktop on the same network, managed or otherwise. If the problem is isolated to your school-administered Surfaces then that is likely something to work with your IT support on figuring out (there are innumerable browser safety policies they might have in place that could interfere).
If the problem occurs globally for any device accessing kingsschools.onshape.com, then that would be a support ticket with the Onshape team to figure out.
