Sharing workspaces with a team

I am in a FTC team, and we use a class to share CAD parts with other. While I am in our Onshape class, and my teammates can see the documents that I share, I can only access my teammates documents if they are in a folder, in the list of documents that are outside a folder only my docs that I have posted to the class appear. Does anyone know what could be causing this, or have any solutions.

Possibly the folder is a shared folder including it's content. Maybe the next higher level is not shared?
