I am unable to upgrade my free account to a student account, What should I do?

Hello, when I initially made my account, I accidentally made it a free account instead of an educational account. I am trying to upgrade it by going to "https://www.onshape.com/en/education/sign-up" and entering the same information I had previously. After doing so, I end up on a page that says "upgrading to student subscription…"
This tab has been stuck in this position for a few days now, and nothing seems to be changing. Please, if anyone has any advice as to what I should do, please let me know. Thank you!
