Helmet exercise, from Complex surface features lesson, Step 7: Fill 3

I have already started this lesson from scratch 3 times after encountering problems with previous steps, so I am certain that I have followed the instructions to a T. Here on STEP 7 is where I am having difficulty. After selecting the four edges, the Fill gives me the error "Could not meet tangency constraints at highlighted points" where sketch 8 meets sketch 6, and sketch 6 meets Fill 1. If I leave the Continuity at Position, the Fill has no problem solving. I can see the bump in curvature near the front bottom edge of the fill when I orbit around the model. Sketch 8 has tangency constraints on both the upper and lower 2-point splines. I didn't make Sketch 6. I cannot see where the missing tangency lies. Please advise.
